World Environment Day aims at encouraging worldwide awareness and action to protect our environment, and marks a special day for our company, too. For many years now, SANMIRO has been working to reduce our environmental impact, focusing on more and more sustainable production processes.
Our production site has two photovoltaic systems that are able to meet production needs for approx. 3 months, and a grinding plant to reuse processing waste.
After obtaining ISO 14001:2015 certification, SANMIRO also got certified for the PEFC Chain of Custody. These two achievements have proven we are doing it right.
