2023 is off to an excellent start for Sanmiro!
The company, with "made in Italy" quality as its strongest asset, is proud to have been awarded an important accolade at the Ambiente Trade Fair in Frankfurt.
Sanmiro, in fact, has been included in the special category named 'Ethical Style by Ambiente’, along with 200 international companies, thanks to its brand new and innovative line, Rice Up!.
Italian creativity has met circular economy, in a more sustainable approach. Rice UP! is the perfect embodiment of SANMIRO's key principles: innovation and high quality.
Rice Up! is produced using rice husk, which is the waste coming from husking paddy rice, the rough rice obtained after threshing. It is a sustainable line, which gives new life to a material which would otherwise be discarded. Moreover, Rice Up! is protected by an industrial patent, which is a further guarantee for Sanmiro's clients.
We are proud to announce that in Frankfurt Rice Up! will be exhibited in the Ethical Style Spots.
After two years during which we could not attend this special event because of COVID, Sanmiro is now ready to welcome you in a completely renovated pavilion dedicated to cookware and inspired to sustainability. Visitors will find a larger stand, which allows Sanmiro to better showcase its products, with a focus on its two green lines, Rice Up! and ECO+, the result of years of study, research, experimentation, patenting and certifications.
Sanmiro therefore shows its ability to respond to the needs of an increasingly sustainability-conscious market, by pursuing with conviction and competence a design and production path focused on innovation, quality, transparency and respect, as a greater guarantee for its customers.
Sanmiro is a conscious protagonist and careful interpreter of the time in which we live and work.
Predictions, challenges and wishes for this new year?

"I believe that, as the global situation continues to evolve, 2023 will put us to the test, with its many challenges. For some time now we have been thinking about how best to deal with them, working steadily on several aspects to provide our customers and partners with innovative solutions in line with their expectations. Their satisfaction and appreciation is what gives us enthusiasm and motivation. Sanmiro is constantly evolving. One of the topics we are focusing on is energy saving in order to optimise resources, reduce costs and at the same time increase production capacity, while maintaining our quality standards. Between the end of 2022 and the beginning of 2023, for example, we have made a substantial investment to install a new line that guarantees energy efficiency and production continuity, in order to better safeguard our entire supply chain. We are ready, and we believe that passion and commitment are the basis of forward-looking and winning strategies”.
